Our own factory focuses on reusable tableware and molded products. For drinkware, promotional gifts and mixed-product programs, our export team manages production through qualified specialist suppliers.

What Buyers Asked Us In Indonesia

Most conversations started with a sample in hand and a simple question: can you make this for our market?

We grouped the booth by product type so buyers could find the right samples and the right team member quickly.

What We Learned From Hong Kong Buyers

Buyers cared less about broad claims and more about materials, MOQ, packaging and how fast we could make a sample.

What Buyers Asked Us In Indonesia

At the Indonesia show, visitors did not begin with long presentations. They picked up a cup, container or promotional item and asked whether we could change the color, size, logo or packing for their market.

That made the useful information clear very quickly: expected quantity, selling channel, target price, required material and delivery date. When a request needed a new mold or additional testing, we said so before discussing a sample.

Back at the office, we matched each enquiry with the right product team and sent follow-up questions based on the samples discussed at the booth. That gave buyers a practical next step instead of a generic sales email.

Getting Ready For The Hong Kong Show

Before the doors opened in Hong Kong, we divided the display into gifts, drinkware and reusable tableware. Buyers could then go directly to the samples closest to what they were sourcing.

We also agreed on a simple way to record enquiries: product, quantity, target market, customization, packaging and timing. It sounds basic, but it prevents important details from being lost when the booth is busy.

Every serious enquiry left the booth with a named follow-up owner. Some needed a price check, some needed artwork, and others needed the factory to review a mold or material question.

Hong Kong Buyer Meetings

What We Learned From Hong Kong Buyers

Most buyers already knew the type of product they wanted. Their real questions were about MOQ, mold cost, food-contact documents, packaging and how quickly we could provide a workable sample.

Using the products on the shelf, we could point out which details were standard and which would need new tooling. This was faster and more honest than saying that every request was easy.

The strongest enquiries were the ones with a reference, quantity and target date. With those three things, our team could return after the show with useful questions and a realistic route to quotation.

Client Dinner

Dinner With Daniel And Sofia

Daniel and Sofia had spent the day reviewing products with us. At dinner, the conversation moved away from individual samples and toward the way their customers actually buy.

They explained which packaging formats had worked, where previous suppliers had missed deadlines and why consistent color mattered across repeat orders. Those details gave our team a better picture of the project than a specification sheet alone.

We still recorded every technical decision after the meal. The value of dinner was context: it helped us understand which issues mattered most when the order moved into sampling and production.

Customer Visit

A Customer Visit With Michael And James

Michael and James arrived with several product references and a short list of priorities. During the day we reviewed materials, packaging options and the items that would need a new sample.

Over dinner, we narrowed the open questions to three: final dimensions, logo method and order quantity. That gave both sides a clear list to close after the visit.

The next morning, our project team assigned each question to the relevant factory or supplier. The visit saved time because the people making the decisions had seen the products and agreed on what still needed to be confirmed.

Xiamen Team Trip

Two Days Together In Xiamen

Our Xiamen trip brought together colleagues from sales, development, sourcing, quality and order follow-up. Many of them work on the same projects every day but usually communicate through messages and production updates.

Two days away from the usual schedule gave people time to talk about where handovers become difficult and what information each department needs earlier. There were also meals, group activities and plenty of ordinary conversation.

Back at work, the benefit was simple: people knew one another better and knew who to call when a project changed. That matters when a buyer needs a quick answer across several departments.
